Origin of Sencha Green Tea
Sencha Green tea is a traditional Japanese tea. It is also known as ‘first tea’ because it is best harvested in the first flush. We source our tea leaves from farms in Shaoxing County, with its beautiful rolling hills. The leaves are pristine, grown under adequate sun exposure and natural irrigation on fertile fields east of the Kuaiji mountain.

Steeping
Sencha Green Tea is easy to make. Just follow these steps:
- Heat fresh, filtered water to 160° F / 71° C
- Add 1-2 teaspoon of tea to an infuser, per 8 oz. water
- Pour the heated water into the mug

- Strain tea leaves, or take out of the infuser
